Substance Abuse
The JJC Substance Abuse Work Group of community experts, providers, corrections, and researchers; focuses on improving the connection between the chemical health field and the juvenile justice system. This framework reflects the guiding principles of the JJC and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Reclaiming Futures Model, a nationally recognized best practice.
Mission: To create a more effective continuum of care in Minnesota that promotes the well-being of youth with chemical health issues while holding youth accountable.
