The JJC Aftercare Work Group of community experts, providers, corrections, and researchers; focuses on improving aftercare for youth exiting correctional out-of-home placement facilities. The best practice manual reflects juvenile justice and aftercare specific guiding principles developed by the JJC and research on best practices.

Mission: To create more effective aftercare for youth exiting correctional placement facilities in Minnesota that promotes the well-being of youth while holding youth accountable.
