This study by “Models for Change” examines the benefits of community-based alternatives instead of out-of-home placement for justice involved youth. “Models for Change” is an initiative funded by the MacArthur Foundation to implement juvenile justice reform. The Foundation conducts studies and shares resources to assist with efforts across the country.
