LARJ is a community directed, operated, and supported nonprofit organization in Crow Wing County whose mission is to engage the community by involving juveniles who have caused harm, the people who were harmed, and the families of each in a process which addresses the needs of the victim, holds the youth accountable, and promotes understanding and healing for all.
